The Customer is the most trusted and respected fleet maintenance company based in California, USA. They are one of the leading fleet maintenance companies providing services at over 800 locations nationwide, with currently over 5000 employees. Their comprehensive and innovative service solutions, paired with a customized approach, deliver bespoke services to their clients and their assets on the road, anywhere across the country.

Business Need:

The Customer was implementing PeopleSoft HR and Financials applications five (5) years ago with one vendor. The go-live was postponed three (3) times during the contract period. 40 days before the go-live (that was agreed upon the third time), the system had several issues and there was a clear indication of another round of postponement. This is when the Customer engaged Kastech.

Solution/Services Delivered:

Kastech team analyzed the issues with the to-be implemented system, prioritized them for resolution, and helped the Customer meet the go-live deadline of 40 days. As part of this engagement, we also migrated the data from multiple and disparate legacy systems (TMW, Mainframe and homegrown applications) to Oracle PeopleSoft (HCM and Finance) applications on AWS Cloud using proven ETL tools and methodologies.

Since then, Kastech has been providing a team of highly experienced and qualified IT Consultants for Oracle PeopleSoft (PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM 9.2) support and cloud hosting services. Today, we take pride in being their sole PeopleSoft vendor providing application managed services. One of Kastech’s subsidiaries – KTech Products also engaged by the Customer for Accounts Payable/Invoice and PO automation and Accounts Receivable/Billing Automation solutions based on RPA, AI, ML and smart OCR.
