He helps organizations envision, design, and deliver scalable solutions that connect technical innovation with practical business needs. Mahesh brings nearly 20 years of enterprise application experience, including previous roles as a Solutions Architect at SAP and a Workday-certified integration consultant at Wipro. His background encompasses Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, cloud platforms, APIs, web services, integration architecture, product development, and global implementations.

    Mahdi Kafi is a certified Workday Architect with more than 10 years of experience helping organizations build effective Workday teams and capabilities. After becoming an independent consultant more than six years ago, he founded Turbin, the first Workday talent platform in the market, which helps customers and partners build and hire efficient Workday teams. Mahdi is also the co-founder of Daart ADS and brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, growth strategy, customer acquisition, and digital marketing. His background includes leading user acquisition and retention initiatives for Spotify in the MENA region and advising major consumer brands on data-driven growth.

    Harish Vashisht is the founder of PeopleFlow, a Workday-focused consulting and automation company that helps enterprises simplify delivery, release management, testing, and post-go-live support. His work spans Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Integrations, and Reporting, with a focus on reducing manual effort and delivery risk through repeatable, automation-led practices. Harish is also the founder and CEO of Jove AI, where he is developing AI knowledge twins grounded in the experience of enterprise consultants and subject-matter experts. He brings nearly two decades of enterprise technology experience, including Workday and SAP consulting, integrations, implementations, data migration, and global delivery.
