As Global President & CEO, Sridhar focuses on all the backend operations of the company including Strategy, Finances, Infrastructure, Operations, Sales and Recruiting. He is also actively involved in leadership development and social responsibility.
He joined Kastech in January 2012 and with his vision and leadership, Kastech is growing at a rate of nearly 50% every year. We have grown from USD 4 million in gross revenues in 2012 to USD 65+ millions in 2020.
Sri holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from the Nagarjuna University and comes with 20+ years of IT industry experience. Under his leadership, Kastech transformed from a staff augmentation company to a leading IT solutions and services company in areas of end-to-end ERP Project Implementations, Upgrades, Managed Services, Support, Enhancements, Lean on Services, Mobile Applications, Augmented Virtual Reality, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, DW/BI & Advanced Analytics.
Besides being a successful entrepreneur and leader, in his luxurious time, he likes to take a nice jog and play cricket.
