Design and develop custom applications based on business requirements. Design and implement core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, third party software, and processes in ServiceNow. Perform Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Portal, and IT Operations Management. Align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap. Perform advanced configurations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Scripts. Ensure effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between ITSM strategy, design, development, support, and account teams. Work with Service Management and customers to ensure adherence to existing ITSM standard practices and direct ITSM tools and processes toward continuous improvement. Implement Scripting and AngularJS/Bootstrap framework and perform Web Service Integrations in ServiceNow. Work with Agile project teams to continually release application software. Ensure timely and high quality releases of modules in ServiceNow. Guide team members in ServiceNow and serve as a technical expert in ServiceNow development and integration areas. Utilize ServiceNow, AngularJS/Bootstrap, RESTful, and SOAP. Will work in unanticipated locations. Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 3 years experience.
